GSM from Oddbird is a sophisticated non-alcoholic red wine with a well-balanced profile. It is a wine from Saint-Chinian vinyards in the south of France, and is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Carignan grapes.

The notes of this wine is a combination of red and black fruits, followed by spices. It has a nice dryness and tastes very close to alcoholic red wine despite being liberated from alcohol.
